RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

I. FINAL SALES

1.1. All transactions are final. NEW FORM GLOBAL - FZCO does not offer refunds or accept returns for products or services purchased through our website, WhatsApp, or any other communication method.

II. ORDER CANCELLATION

2.1. Orders may be canceled only within one business day after the payment is received in our account. To request a cancellation, please contact our support team at info@newform.ae within this time frame. Cancellations requested after this period will not be considered.

2.2. If a cancellation is approved, refunds will be processed within 14 working days. The refund amount may be reduced by any costs incurred, such as transaction fees, and will be issued to a UAE bank account via direct bank transfer only.

IV. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

5.1. We do not guarantee that the appearance, design, structure, or materials of any product or service will precisely meet your expectations. We also reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies or errors in product descriptions, prices, or other information on our website.

VI. PRODUCT REPLACEMENT

6.1. If a product you receive is defective or does not match the description, you may request a replacement within 7 days of receipt. To initiate a replacement request, please contact our support team at info@newform.ae. The product must be returned in its original packaging and condition.

6.2. If a replacement is approved, NEW FORM GLOBAL - FZCO will cover the cost of shipping the replacement product. If the product is out of stock, we may offer a similar item or a refund at our discretion.

VII. SALES RESTRICTION

7.1. We reserve the right to limit sales of our products or services to any person, region, or jurisdiction. Additionally, we may limit the quantity of any product or service if necessary. All descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice, and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
